We can’t wait to see you again, and we’ve carefully considered how to make that happen safely. The basics of our Health & Safety policy (adopted September 30, 2021) are outlined below for easy reading and will be updated periodically based on the latest CDC, state, and local recommendations relating to the COVID-19 pandemic.
Ticketing
We ask that all ticket purchases be made in advance through our Eventbrite ticketing system. While tickets will also be available at the door for any live performance, we encourage you to make your attendance known in advance by purchasing online.
Proof of Vaccination
During online checkout you will be asked to confirm that you:
- Are fully vaccinated.
- Will bring proof of vaccination with you to show at the door.
- Will wear a mask at all times while indoors at the event.
Proof of vaccination can be achieved with one of the following:
- Your official vaccination card.
- A photo or photocopy of your official vaccination card.
- Documentation via your myColorado™ App.
Communication Before the Show
All ticket purchasers will receive direct communication about our vaccination verification process in your ticket purchase confirmation. If you are the ticket purchaser, it is your responsibility to communicate the health and safety policies to others in your party. Please forward all applicable emails you receive from us to your guests so that they know what to expect.
Feeling Unwell Around Showtime
If you are unwell, please stay home. Do not attend any Ars Nova Singers event if you are feeling sick, have new loss of taste or smell, have a temperature of 100.4 or above, or have had known exposure to someone with COVID-19. Contact us to request a COVID-related refund on your ticket purchase, or to donate the cost of your tickets.
At the Door
Once again, all attendees will be required to provide proof of full vaccination and wear a mask at all times. Ars Nova Singers will make complimentary masks and hand sanitizer available for use by patrons as needed.
What About the Singers?
Until further notice, the Singers will perform with masks indoors. All musicians, volunteers, board, and staff are required to provide proof of full vaccination and those with an approved exemption will be required to wear an effective face covering and socially distance at all times. Seating capacity levels will be determined on a concert-by-concert basis, based on the latest guidance.
