I’ve been a member of Ars Nova Singers for one year. I work as a copy editor. I attended St. Olaf College in Minnesota. I’ve been a lifelong choral singer and really indulged my love of singing in high school and college, then had to suspend singing while in medical school. I returned to it in 2006 and haven’t stopped since! I’ve sung with Colorado Chorale, Kantorei, Voices of Light, and Baroque Chamber Orchestra of Colorado.
Favorite Ars Nova piece: Lully, Lulla, Lullay by Philip Stopford.
Favorite musical memory of all time: Spedning the summer of 2012 singing with Kantorei. It included a whirlwind tour of Salzburg, Vienna, Budapest, and Prague, and ended with a performance of Mahler’s 8th Symphony at the Aspen Music Festival.
Favorite food: I love a good cacio e pepe. Favorite beverage: A mix of Irish cream and peppermint schnapps – delightful, particularly in the winter!
Favorite hobbies: Skiing, baking, and enjoying daily walks with my lovely pit bull, Teva.
