1. Performance & Rehearsal Schedule

- Dinner will be served downstairs in the church basement.
- Box seats in the hall (sides of main floor) will be reserved for singers to listen when they are not singing.
2. Parking & Vouchers
- Parking location: We have use of the Wells Fargo Garage on Sherman St., half a block north of the church, for singer and staff parking if you want to use it (you are welcome to find other parking if you prefer).
- Parking Validation sticker request: To simplify logistics, we are using a Google Form for singers to request and pay for parking vouchers in advance. Parking sticker form → Forms and payment must be returned by May 25.
- Payment: Send $8.50 via Venmo to @ArsNovaSingers. Include “Parking – [Name of Choir]” in the payment note. A QR code is also embedded in the parking form.
- Validation sticker pickup: Vouchers will be organized by choir at the Ticket Table in the lobby. Singers should pick up their voucher before their choir’s rehearsal time. DO NOT WAIT UNTIL AFTER THE CONCERT TO COLLECT YOUR VOUCHER!!!

3. Singer Logistics & Backstage
- Facilities: Entrance is at the front of the church at 1660 Sherman St. Dressing rooms are available in multiple rooms upstairs and will be secured throughout the concert for valuables.
4. Ticketing & Comps
- Singer comps: One comp ticket per singer. Use the singer comp form → to fill out your request. Requests must be received by May 27 — no last-minute requests can be processed.
- Public tickets: Available at arsnovasingers.org. Please share the discount code (already shared with you) and invite friends and family.
5. Marketing & Cross-Promotion
