Kim Lancaster holds a BA in Church Music (Voice and Flute), an MA in Educational Leadership from University of Northern Colorado and Masters in Applied Positive Psychology (MAPP) from the University of Pennsylvania. Kim has been a member of Ars Nova for 15 years and loves the challenge of the music and the comaradery of the wonderful people so much. Additionally, Kim is a K12 school principal and a private flute and voice instructor and is active in multiple local community theater companies. Some of her favorite roles include Golde in Fiddler on the Roof, Marmee in Little Women, Morticia Addams in The Addams Family, Mrs. Paroo in The Music Man, Titania in Shakespeare’s A Midsummer Night’s Dream, and Lady Bracknell in The Importance of Being Earnest. Kim lives in Erie with her partner Andrea, her old cat Tibby and her sweet mini bernedoodle puppy Winston.
