We’re hitting the road this spring in search of pure, unadulterated beauty. From William Byrd to Boulder’s own Bill Douglas, and from cinema darling Hans Zimmer to Estonian luminary Arvo Pärt, our Spring 2022 tour features contemporary and Renaissance works borne of delicacy, subtlety, and honesty.
It’s a tranquil vision, and one we expect guest artists Sandra Wong, nyckelharpa and violin, and Ann Marie Morgan, viola da gamba, to help us illuminate amid the still and quiet landscapes of New Mexico and Colorado. There’s light in this listening if you let yourself see it.
I could compare my music to white light which contains all colors. Only a prism can divide the colors and make them appear; this prism could be the spirit of the listener.Arvo Pärt, Estonian Composer
